Ok other day at work I needed to send text message. Sure enough I didn’t have enough credit I only had 9p. Well I had heard Orange do this new emergency credit thingy. Well I couldn’t remember what I had to text to get this credit so I went on a Google search. Well I came across someone else’s blog where they were annoyed at this Orange emergency credit. What they said was that you can only apply for this credit if your balance is 0p. Well straight away you can see the problem. I had 9p and there was no way to use it. Text messages are 12p and you can’t make an outside call with 9p. I just want to share my frustration at Orange how they could be so stupid. How are we ever to make that emergency call to friends or relatives when we have 9p of credit??
